RecommendedWe just had another terrific meal at the Flame. It is hard to find a place to get your steak right and they do it. It was cooked to perfection. The service was top notch. It is great to have such a fabulous place in Sanford.

Ok, I have a unique experience. I called the Flame and spoke with Ms. Kathy. I made a reservation for Sat at 6pm and asked her to lose it.... My wife and I had our 4th anniversary, which was our first with a 4 month old baby at home. I set up a suprise at home under the guise of having reservations at the flame. after speaking with Ms. Kathy a week prior we arrived Saturday night and none other than Ms. Kathy was there to greet us. This year my birthday feel within the Corona Quarantine. Even with those challenges, the Flame delivered. Since we couldn't go to them, we brought the Flame to us. Take out was still amazing. Looking forward to being able to enjoy the bar and dining room again soon. Always a great meal and a great experience.
The food here is amazing! The staff is always friendly and courteous. They have a great salad bar and their prime rib is probably the best I have ever had!! They even have 2 banquet rooms you can use for events. We held my daughter's wedding rehearsal dinner here in one of them. The owners and staff went out of their way to help us and make it a fabulous night!
Really nice place and delicious food prepared over open flames!
