The Flame did my reception last Saturday and it was amazing. From start to finish they were professional and able to answer any questions I had. They worked with me on the menu choices and came to my walk through to make sure it was correct. They responded within 24 hours to any questions and after the Hurricane in September had no issue with rescheduling the date.
