RecommendedJust had the catering for our wedding. The food was delicious, but had complaints from guests about it being cold. The service was great, but staff began packing food up directly after all tables were served although guests should have been able to continue to get food until the food was gone. I’ve attended several events that were catered by the Flame and I have always been impressed. The food is wonderful (the shrimp bisque is amazing!) and I felt like, even at a large function, the staff went out of their way to be super helpful and friendly. #firstflightFCU
