Above and beyond! We called to order some toilets and got a very reasonable price! Then they found a sale and knocked even more off. THEN when we were planning to drive up from Salem, the manager, we were speaking with VERY honestly told us there was actually a store in Salem. So she gave us the number and said she would send the quote forward so we would get the same price. Outstanding customer service! And excellent TOTO toilets!
My order got screwed up and the sent me the wrong item on the wrong date, after several phone calls and emails they keep saying “they’ll look into it and call me back” but a week+ later nothing. Disappointing
Very helpful and friendly staff. I did not have an appointment but they still provided quick service and I was on my way in 20 minutes with my new fixture in hand!
Mark was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, patient, creative and made the process fun. Never thought I’d laugh so much selecting a tub and faucets.
