Fantastic experience from start to finish. I was lucky enough to work with Nicole (the showroom manager) and Chandler, both of whom were so lovely and so very well informed. I spent quite a while testing out shower heads with Chandler, who never tired of twisting them off and on their test spouts for me (side note: how brilliant is it that you can actually try out any shower head and handheld sprayer they have in the showroom?! Just posting a BIG Thank you to Chandler Bass at the Fixture Gallery in Tigard, OR. After many attempts to find someone who would help me find a Towel warmer I by chance called the fixture and was lucky enough to chat with Chandler. Not only did she find the warmer I wanted but she also followed up and kept in contact when the product was available. Just saying, it's hard to find someone that works for the customer.
