Jerry worked with me to fix dry rot around some windows that are tricky to access, as well as replacing some siding for me. He and Francois did great work. Their attention to detail was evident. I’ve worked with bigger companies before and didn’t feel like the quality of work was up to par. I’m very happy with the work done by Jerry and Francois. I’ll be recommending them to any friends in need of handyman services.
We have a 2 story house and an attic which is really high and the house sits on a slope. Birds drilled holes under eves into the attic last winter and made nests. What a mess! Jerry was able to deal with the height and angles to seal the holes permanently. He was thorough, reasonable and very professional. I will definitely be calling him for help in the future. Thank you Mr Fix It!!
Does not follow through. Takes several weeks to answer emails. 1st time I moved on. He wrote back and apologize for delayed reply but that he was now available. 2nd time (people deserve a second chance): Jerry came out to look over a proposal and told me it would be a month to receive an estimate.I agreed.That month came and went. Never heard another thing. Not a beep. Wasted my time and summer project window. Strange experience. Left me wondering what exactly he does.
