Maribel was so accommodating and helpful when we made a last minute trip to Boca to find housing. The Fitzgerald was by far the best community in the area that we toured!
Guest Parking is ridiculous. You get a free 48 hours and after that is $20 a day. You get one warning if you forget to register your car and after that they will tow your car. Super inconvenient and honestly really annoying.
We’ve been at Fitzgerald for a year and just renewed the lease. The property is nice, the staff is amazing (shout out to Maribel and her crew), and it’s such easy living. The Fitzgerald is maybe two years old so everything is still new and some of the apartments may have never been stayed in! The biggest thing for me is the walkability and how close it is to Mizner Park. Also, I’m a huge Publix and F45 fan, both of which I can also walk to. Pros: The amenities are great, especially the pool and cold plunge, and they’re even adding a sauna soon. Carla in the office was always friendly, reasonable, and very helpful throughout my time here. Free bike rentals are also a nice perk. Cons: Corporate has significantly increased rents, which seems to be pushing long-term residents out. Some residents don’t do a great job taking care of the common areas.
