The management of this property has been really disappointing. I’ve been living here for a few months and at first I was very excited about moving into the Fitzgerald. However, within the past 3 months, we already had a few false alarm went off. Another time I witnessed a policeman investigation in the building but there was no follow up report/email to the residents about the situation. The office is kind, friendly and easy to communicate with. The maintenance crew is really helpful, friendly and they work quick. The office is also quick to react to concerns and really listens to their residents. Overall, a really great place to live.
I really wish I could say that living here has been a pleasant experience, and for the most part it has been. The office is kind, friendly and easy to communicate with. The maintenance crew is really helpful, friendly and they work quick. However, the front desk security/concierge has some of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. After over an entire semester of negotiation they will not budge in finding a way to let disabled veteran students pay for parking via the government. It went to regional manager and beyond, but apparently if it's not a credit card, there is just not a single thing they could possible think of to collect money. Just lazy, greedy, non patriot, business people. Smells like actual garbage every time you walk in and out of the garage anyway.
