I just stumbled upon this gem while walking on my lunch break. I literally stood out front and looked it up for more information before going inside. Knowing that they offer Paleo meals, further peaked my curiosity. Dave was very helpful. The Cashew Paleo Chicken was even more delicious than I expected! This will definitely be my new go to place!
I feel grateful to have stumbled across the Fitness Shack. I started with pre-natal yoga, and then found their Buti yoga classes. I love the environment! I also love that they provide healthy Paleo snacks after some of their longer classes/workshops. Even though it's a 25 minute drive for me, I will be back!

So far I've only been to a couple of classes, and I'm absolutely loving it! The instructors are the best. They really made me feel welcomed, I felt like I belonged. I'm a Happy girl!
