I received very poor support from an agent named "Anya." A wooden plank was mistakingly left behind that's way too large and heavy for me to dispose of. Anya did not facilitate a pickup and ignored my emails. It's still in my garage as I am unable to move it.

I bought a nautilus leg extension leg curl machine assembly for $2,899.00. It took a couple of months to ship, and I paid to have it set up. When I finally received it, they kept making appointments to come and set it up and never showed up. I spoke to Anya, and she finally got them to show up. I would not recommend this company. They did not have the item in stock although it was advertised online as being available and they processed my payment quickly. After waiting for some time, their customer service (who is usually "in a meeting" when you call and lucky enough to connect to a real person) they said the original item was not in stock but a new different (more costly one was). My husband and I have bought an indoor bike and an weight lifting station. The store had the bike in stock, but not the weight lifting equipment, so we asked to have the bike delivered first. We were ok to wait for the station. The sales person said that it wasn’t possibles as both equipment had to be shipped together. So we waited. Two months later, we got the station, but not the bike. I would not recommend ordering equipment from this company. I understand that the current climate is challenging with COVID. However, the lack of their ability to manage their process and vendors and placing the responsibility to follow up on the customer is not acceptable customer service practices. I ordered a product in late May and first received it at my house in mid-July, after it arrived in their warehouse 4 weeks ago. This potentially is the worst company I have ever done business with! Placed an online order that was not processed for weeks. Called them and they claimed a spelling issue prevented them from processing yet they never contacted me to correct it. Reordered equipment and waited over 6 weeks with multiple inquiries going unanswered. They shipped wrong equipment and want me to pay for the return 9 weeks later. Customer service rep stated it was not their fault. Seriously this place is a joke.

Sales staff is a joke. Couldn't tell me whether they had what I wanted in stock, jerked me around for 3 days telling me they'd figure it out, then ended up not having it.

Great store & Great service – My wife purchased a treadmill a little while back and recently had an issue with the electronics. (May have happened during the new construction to our home) After a short online service form, we were called back the same day and was asked a few questions about the machine.
