10/10 cant recommend the Fitness Outlet more. My fire company spoke with multiple different companies when getting quotes for a gym. We ended up going with Fitness Outlet because of the obvious dedication to their customers. Stephanie and Rachael have been incredibly communicative and have kept us well informed every step of the way. Excellent experience with purchase and installation of a new elliptical machine. There was a slight problem with an unusual clicking detected after installation, and expert installers promptly came to my house as scheduled, diagnosed the problem as a minor issue with the housing of one of the machine arms, repaired and tested it and now this works well. All covered by warranty. Very competent service.

We ordered a new home gym from The Fitness Outlet and from start to finish it was a great experience. The quality of the equipment was far better than we anticipated as its hard to tell online.
