I just started the classes a few weeks ago and I love it. Karema and all the coaches push you to the limit during the classes, but they are so motivating the whole time. It makes you want to keep going. Everyone there is so welcoming! Whether you’re a beginner or you go to the gym everyday, this is a great place to go!!

Karema has been such an inspiration to me for getting back in shape. I’m a 62 year old former Certified Fitness Instructor with a few minor physical challenges that is improving with each class. Karema‘s class is charge with a spirit of positivity. She is thorough, professional and experienced at modifying movements to incorporate all participants, no matter your fitness level. I love her class and only wish I lived closer to her gym. She’s a Star ⭐️ Instructor. I Love her class!!❤️❤️❤️
