A friend of mine got me started at the Fitness Asylum 2 years ago when I became stagnant with my workout and I was no longer seeing results I used to as age started to effect my body. Since I joined I have never looked back, I have met some amazing people and made great friends, found inspiration, challenged myself and pushed myself to limits I never have before, and I am now in the best shape of my life, mentally and physically. I love this place. No sugar coating it. I have met a lot of people through the Fitness Asylum and everyone is working towards different goals, but it does not matter; the support and camaraderie are indescribable.
I just wanted to give a shout out to all the instructors at Fitness Asylum, you're patient and persistent with all the corrections and I am very grateful. I will not give up!
I love the FA. It has changed my life, with knowledge, confidence, muscles and a community! Definitely a place to check out and commit to if you haven't yet �
