Joining The Fitness Asylum is the best thing I have ever done for myself! I have been here for just under 4 years. This is the first time I have ever stuck with a gym. It's not just a place to work out, it's a way of life!

I did two challenges; I'm not going to lie and say they were easy because they were not!!! Loved it. Very informational and I learned a lot. I'm going to be signing up for a few classes soon. If your serious about getting healthy & fit; this place is amazing. I was a size 20w when I started there now I can shop in normal stores :)
