Unfortunately, I feel like I was scammed by The Fit Stop. I emailed way back in May about the possibility of having an exercise bike I had purchased off of marketplace repaired. I had taken the bike apart and from my non-professional knowledge, I couldn't discern anything wrong with the resistance belt or anything, and that the issue was the resistance knob itself, which would basically spin a lot but not increase the resistance at all. Steve and one of his staff assembled a new home-gym and treadmill for us today. They did a great job and were very professional. We highly recommend using The Fit Stop.
Great service from Steve at my NS property. First purchased a treadmill from him back in 2009 and been using him since for service. Not sure what this other bad review is all about, he's been nothing but honest and kind with me and never oversold me on anything that isn't needed.
Scammer alert, This guy is a real class act. He came to do repairs to my stuff which included a new cable repair when he threaded the cable he missed a pully And never came back to fix it. Also, I bought a recumbent bike from this guy, upon Delivery I informed him that The heartbeat sensor was not working. He Acknowledged it and promised to fix it. He sent me text messages saying that he didn't forget about me and would be by and then finally months later when I kept checking up on it, he told me that he would not be fixing ... read more
Amazing!! Stephen is the nicest guy! Most of all he's very honest, just an all around great guy! I'm so fortunate I found him!!
