The Best Gym in the Area by far! welcoming, great team, great people and everyone feels comfortable no matter what your level is. And the prices are unmatched.
Well they're a small group and that means you get the personal attention you'd miss in the larger gyms. The members are friendly. Staff knowledgeable and the location is easily accessible. Three stars because the singles are hit harder on fees than couples.but apart from the higher costs associated with a small gym I was pleasantly surprised at the few sessions I spent there.. In the end I went with the large gym for economic reasons...but I may go back to fit station in the future.. Some staff were particularly easy to get ... read more
Great atmosphere, non intimidating, friendly gym. Loving the classes and the trainers are terrific, so helpful and passionate about teaching correct and safe technique.
