Great place, was looking for a gym near by and decided on this and it was a great choice, people here are amazing. The owner and other trainers are a great help when you don’t know what to do, and go out of their way to help you without hesitation. I 100% recommend this place
I really like coming here and happy with the gym. Old school feel to it and the staff are super nice and helpful. I’m a very beginner workout person and the staff have been so nice to help me and give me some routines to follow and show me the machines I’ve never used before. I actually look forward to going to the gym now. Highly recommend coming!
