Getting and maintaining a membership here is simple & easy. The staff and other patrons are all so friendly making it a great environment to better yourself. I appreciated the variety of equipment and cleanliness of it all. Huge shout out to the owner and his team for creating such a well rounded facility ! 10/10 would recommend!
Just recently started attending the boot camp and I’m so glad I did. The classes can be challenging but are incredibly rewarding. Tyler is very motivating and is genuinely invested in helping everyone reach their goals. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, he knows how to push you just enough while still making the class fun and doable. Looking forward to continuing going to the Fit Spot!
Been at the bootcamps since July 2025. Perfect morning hour before work. Effective program and Tyler keeps it fun. I've gotten great results coming here and the environment is super positive and welcoming.
I started bootcamp mid September and so far I have been enjoying it. I like that they offer the workouts 3 times a day, very flexible with your schedule. Also everyone has been friendly and very helpful (:
