One of the best gyms I have been to in years, it has a very old school feel, the people here are friendly and dedicated to the gym. This is the perfect judgment free zone where you are free to be yourself, I feel welcomed at this gym and truly this gym is meant for everyone even for beginners.
Coaches are super nice. Good training. I recommend this place. Love it here.

For anyone thinking of joining a gym, I’d recommend The Fit Spot. Well equipped private gym with a welcoming environment. Started personal training sessions with Tyler recently and they’ve been challenging in the best way. I’m looking forward to my fitness journey!!!!
