Brought my wife here for our anniversary! I can tell you the entire experience was delightful! Staff was friendly and knowledgable of their menu and everything we asked our server had an answer for us! Most places servers never know or haven't tried items on the menu! We loved our experience from hostess to our view to our server to our meal to our dessert! The macadamia encrusted halibut was AMAZING! Great job to all and continued success as we will be back!!!!!
This place has the shittiest most rude and incompetent workforce and management. Their attitude smells of rotten tuna.
We were just kicked out of this restaurant. We came in for my nieces 3rd birthday. She was very tired so her mom walked her outside in her stroller. She fell asleep and when her mom asked if she could come in with the stroller to eat her dinner we hadn't received as a one time exception the manager refused to serve her and her baby. Security was called and they kicked us out. Nobody was empathetic or kind about the situation. We were just asked to leave the Fish Hopper because our 3 year old fell asleep and we put her in her stroller. My daughter tried to get back to our table with the stroller and they called security. 3 managers later we were asked to leave because of the no stroller policy. Should we have just put the sleeping baby on the table? We had to pay for our drinks and they cancelled our food order. By the way it was my Granddaughters 3 year birthday. Meh. Okay food, but not at $35 to $40 per entree. The Challenge butter cubes that you have to unwrap are indicative. Went a while back and it was better then. Next time I'll just go down the road to Chart House, which has never disappointed.
