Food was excellent. I had the ciappino and it was loaded with shellfish. Usually you get more fish than shellfish but not here. The employees were so polite and professional. We will definitely be back.

My family and I were visiting and picked Fish Hopper since we loved our experience at the Kona location and they have a gluten free menu (I have an allergy to gluten). I had a bad feeling when I checked in for our reservation and the hostess said they had nothing available (come to find a good 1/3 of the restaurant was empty with plenty of seating) and she rather rudely advised to read their "policy" regarding our children (basically we had to keep our children quiet). The food and service were great. But the price point was very high for what we received. I understand that the location demands this, but $110 for a lunch for two is excessive. Come on, this is Monterey not a Paris..

My fiancé and I came here after our engagement to celebrate with a close family friend who lives in the area. The service was nothing short of exceptional. Marco the bartender and Carlo the manager went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and special. I'm so thankful for the amazing staff and the exceptional service. Highly recommend!
The atmosphere was excellent from the time I entered the building to the time I left. The steak I ordered was just right. We had a great time, an evening to remember.
