First visit to the Hopper was five years ago with our daughter. This time I brought my husband. We had a Flaming Rum drink which was fabulous. We started off with a cup of clam chowder topped with crab. Then half a dozen oysters in a half shell. Our lunch entrée was the coho salmon salad. All was delicious. Our view was beautiful. Our service was great. If I was to point anything out it would be that our salad was not topped with crab like the display. Always flavorful & fresh seafood At Fish Hopper. It’s my fav restaraunt in Monterey. The views are amazing
Steak was to rare and the mashed potatoes were very dry. They were out of the bottle of wine we wanted. Sand dab was disappointing. Its a great view and the staff was very good.
We had a great lunch yesterday. We all enjoyed our food. Our server Cesar was informative and Ignancio kept the water coming. Thank you so much guys!

Awesome clam chowder in a bread bowl! Just wish you got the inside of it also!
Service was fantastic but food and drinks were just ok. Some things were great but fried stuff was overcooked and/or very greasy. Mixed drink was not mixed.
