RecommendedWhen you walk in through the door, it's like you're stepping into a different vibe from the world. This place is truly a gem to York, PA. …..and Hibachi Steak with mashed potatoes, wasabi butter, tempura asparagus, shiitake soy jus……. Heaven…… I don't think I've tasted such moist flavorful beef ever. It was a first class dinner.
This was our first of many times to come! The scallop appetizer had so many infusing flavors; bacon, cranberry, crispy fried kale, grits. Superb! I ordered the halibut special. The mild flaky fish was perfectly cooked and topped with crabcakes served over pesto mash potatoes accompanied with wilted spinach and roasted tomatoes. Our server Lexi did a great job making us feel welcomed. She was very professional.
First time visit ... Very nice and our waiter Samuel was very kind and took good care of us👍🏻
The staff was superb! Knowledgeable, personable and accommodating. The menu is purposely appointed for anyone up for a great meal. Could not have been more pleased!

I’ve been to The First Post for my share of brunches, lunches and dinners but recently for a friend’s baby shower. The upstairs is beautiful, but it was the self-serve champagne bar and with the brunch chicken and waffles that made it the best baby shower I’ve ever attended.
This out favorite place to eat atmosphere and food excellent our waitress Kelsey was very amazing attentive quick only one of our party of 9 wasn't pleased he said his steak was dry not got and fries were warm i love everything about this place
Alway have great food and great service.
