We had our new fireplace insert installed today. Travis and his crew are awesome! They are honest, great prices and very professional and knowledgeable about everything they do. We are so very happy we chose them. We compared prices all over. Not only did they have great prices, but they are also very respectful. Unlike flames on 7th Street. Thank you all very much!!

Went to get some pellets for a new grill we bought (sadly, not from them) and they were very knowledgeable and helpful in providing great service. Will definitely be taking all my business to them and referring others!

They do not stand behind what they sell. A pellet stove purchased from them then they refused to repair the unit. Claimed they were no longer a dealer for the unit. Whether a dealer or not they need to repair units they sold. Closest dealer is Rogers ar and they will not service this far away. Arkansas dealer stated that original seller should service stove. Think I will be taking fireplaces and more to small claims court. Don't buy anything from them because they don't stand behind their products.
Last year I bought a pellet grill from fireplace and more. Love the grill! I had some problems with the grill and contacted the store. They had me contact Green Mountain grill to start a warranty claim. Green Mountain responded within a day and arranged for me to take the grill to the store for repair. Guy's got it fixed and back to me in just a couple of days. In my opinion, your going to have problems with anything you buy. It's how the warranty is handled that's matters.
