We never had a wood stove before. We had them install a wood stove for us two years ago and was happy with their work and customer service. Wanted to have the chimney cleaned on it to get ready for this year, set an appointment and Jesse Wright came out. He was very friendly and thorough, explaining how things looked and giving tips on future maintenance. Can burn wood again this year with confidence of everything being done right and in good shape. Highly recommend this business!
Colton did such a great job helping my 88 year old mom transition her wood burning fireplaces to gas logs. These updated beautiful logs are so easy for mom to use as they have remote control. Colton went above and beyond to make this a good experience. We highly recommend Fireplace & More Store to anyone considering updating / changing up their current fireplace.
We purchased 2 fireplace inserts from Fireplace and More this past fall, 2018, We have been really happy with the fireplaces , they produce a lot of heat and they give us a country feel, if you have questions they are more than happy to help you in any way they can. We looked at inserts from other places but we felt Fireplace and More was more informative and you can't beat their prices.

It’s been almost a year since we had this beautiful pellet stove and stone installed and we couldn’t be happier! Travis and his entire staff have provided the best customer service regardless if I was calling with questions or their installer Travis Melton coming to our house for warranty or maintenance. They truly stand behind their products and company mission!

Just had a meeting with Colton Krokroskia of Fireplace and More Store. He showed me an amazing array of gas.logs that looked like the real thing. I am excited about working with this young man and about the cozy fire I am going to have in my living.room. Too many times a salesman will try high pressure techniques that totally turn me off. Colton worked with me, answering questions and presenting options so as to come up with the perfect solution for my situation.
The first time I went in the store, I was totally ignorant about what to look for and I left overwhelmed. Checked out other stores and was almost ready to go with them. But I went back to Fireplace & More and talked with Colton Krokroskia. He was so kind and patient. I found exactly what I wanted. Colton just now left my house.
