I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with my current living conditions. I would honestly prefer to live in the dorms again than continue staying here. In the past week alone, the fire alarms have repeatedly gone off for hours due to malfunctions. the apartment was completely filthy upon move-in, and there is still a persistent, strange odor coming from both the laundry unit and the sink. The Fin is a sweet residence and allows dogs! Beautiful place!
Let’s just start by saying I lived at the Cottages of Boone and it was 10x better than living here. To start off the rent is $1000 a month plus an extra $100 if you want to even park here. If you don’t get to park then you have to walk 10 minutes to the State Farm lot to even get your car. Second, the worst managed place I have ever witnessed. First they cut 5 holes in our wall because they suspected mold. The process of them fixing it should have taken 3 days, instead it has taken 2+ months. I then have to sleep beside this... read more
Great apartment complex, great location in Boone for college students!!
The Finmore at 241 has been a great place to live and is definitely one of the top apartment communities in the area. The maintenance team is reliable and does an excellent job, the amenities are excellent, and the bus access makes getting to class really convenient. The front office staff has also been very helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience living here.
