The only good thing about this stupid overpriced apt is the amenities yet they don’t actually offer any of the amenities they claim to have. The hot tub is actually just a pool bc they’re too lazy to pay for heating, despite the fact that these are some of the most expensive apartments in town. They took away the pool table sticks. There's no guest parking available. The signage for 'Future Resident Parking' should clearly state the times when parking is permitted. I was informed by the towing/boot company that parking is allowed in those spots during office hours. If this is accurate, please include this information on the signage.
The amenities are nice but the service is by far the worst service I’ve ever seen offered in any kind of apartment complex. I’ve straight up been laughed at for valid questions, they don’t have a service for students in emergency cases as they have very inconvenient hours of service and they seem to be very ignorant of student concerns. Our daughter lived here for 3 1/2 years. Overall thinks were okay, some constant annoying issues with the key entry app they used, but have since changed . Very pricey for the experience but we knew that going in. Advice to parents: take pictures and document EVERYTHING in the apartment; i.e, walls, ceilings, floor molding, bathroom, I mean EVERYTHING. The Finmore sent out a notice saying they would not start parking enforcement until the 22nd of aug. without even giving 24 hours of notice they decided they would start enforcement 2 days early. This caused many of their residents to be booted during the first week of classes when they thought they were aloud to be parking at their apartment. The communication from these people sucks. The Finmore is way overpriced for the experience you will have. Do not live here if you value your time or money.
