horrible place!! Told us the price of a vehicle and then let us have it for an entire week..went to sign the papers and the car price had jumped up $3k!! Didn't care or acknowledge the fact we had in writing the price of the car from the week before!! Also tried to charge us over $2k in bank junk fees! This is a bait and switch operation at best...while waiting in the lobby another angry customer came in demanding his money back in CASH after the OWNERS personal check had bounced!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.......... bought a 2005 Tahoe in Sept 2012 with an extended warranty and the finish line NEVER PROCESSED THE PAPERWORK........ Great customer service.... NOT...... and when I never received anything from the warranty company I called about it in April 2013 and was lied to... then after my letters were sent to the MO Attorney Generals Office.. the finish line goes and falsifies paperwork in my name to the warranty company dated 7 months after I purchase the vehicle..... Still waiting for my warranty ... read more
Everyone was great it took a little bit to find me the vehicle I wanted but worked out perfect I love what I bought it has been a awsome truck .I tell everyone to go there.Its not like those other dealerships where they hound you.there not pushy at all and they dont bs around about your trade they tell you what it worth. completly recomend the finish line thomas was great to work with.
