Family run. Willing to experiment and progress. Can be a small intimate place for pizza and beer on a winter’s night, or a massive social event and bands on the patio in summer; and that’s what I like most about it. My favorite place in TC.
I generally shy away from thin crust pizza but I have to say it was one of the best I ever had... loved the Octoberfest brew too!
The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. The food was also great!
The pizza was great! We ordered the Spartan and the BLTizza for four of us. We also ordered the cheese and pretzels appetizer and was informed that the cheese is served chilled. Confused, I asked why? They said with all the pizzas they make they didn't want to stress the oven. That makes no sense to me and consequently we didn't really enjoy it. We ate it, but it would have been SO much better warmed to at least soften the cheese to make dipping easier.
