This apartment complex is a mess..i was told I did not qualify,but I been living here since 2018..It has been sold about 6 to 7 times..I asked to renew for 6 mths until I try to buy me a house next yr..My HR dept reached out to them..but stated Jamie would not provide my application...and my HR dept is not lying..If you think about moving here do not waste ya time. The garbage bin has been full for 2 months. They said it is being fixed yet none of that garbage is being taken care of. My son has to stand across from it to catch the bus. The neighborhood is always dirty, everyone throws their garbage on the ground and maintenance doesn’t pick it up. I would love it if the pool looked like it does in the photo, I’ve lived in the complex for a year and a half and the pool has never been open.
I move back in April, and two weeks later my apartment was falling apart. all my ceiling was cracking, my floor is literally falling, I still waiting for them to change my fire alarm, and just the other day they put the light at the front of my door. They'll go to your apartment check what ever is not fix and then disappear. They Need to stop treating their tenants like crap. Fix the issues and stop making promises they have no desire to keep. My sister moved in and has been living with no air and several other issues for weeks. She has health issues and this situation is causing her to be in and out of the hospital. It is just not right the way they treat people.
