The management for this apartment complex pays residents for good reviews. Don't believe it. Pay attention to who is writing these false claims about being a good place. Nothing but roaches, filth, broken pipes, they don't answer the phone so forget it. You will have to leave work just to speak to them. The water bill for a 1bed is excessive. starting at $90. Harass you with texts/emails a week before rent is due. Horrible. Only the Maintenace people are nice. They try their best. Not a place you want to call home.
