A noisy and unsecured apartment. I have lived their for a year and I noticed that the management is so untrustworthy. You will only get a "yes" answer from them when you call with a question. But they do nothing to resolve problems, including maintenance. Its a subsidized apartment, so expect frequent calls from management about your income.
