This is the worst place I have ever lived, within 2 years I have lost 4 cars because of a flood that occurs in their own parking lot, and they don't wanna take responsibility since is private property, and I try to get out of my lease, because of it, but they find all the excuses you can imagine, overall I would never recommend this place to live in...

Thank you for taking the time to post this review. We too, are very frustrated with the flooding that has occurred in that particular section of the parking lot. Last year, we spent a good deal of time working with an engineer and increased the capacity of the drainage system and culvert . We were hopeful that the additional work performed would remedied the water issue but mother nature proved us wrong this year.
