Huge floor plans with an amazing property! There is plenty of space for my dog to run around on and play, and I love how huge the clubhouse is. Can't wait for the upgrades coming in as well!
My boyfriend and I moved here a year ago. It's been great. We have a two bedroom and it over looks the pond. We've been really happy and can't wait for another year. My only complaint would be that sometimes people drive pretty fast in the streets in the neighborhood. But that's not a big deal!
I loved living at The Fields. My daughter and I have a ton of fond memories from our 2 years there and I would highly recommend this community.
Good luck living here if you're not a student. The leases are structured by occupant/bedroom, not by family (It didn't used to be that way). I realize it's a college town, but there ARE FAMILIES that need places to live. Corporate greed.......
