The food, bartenders and staff are wonderful. We have good friends inBangor and whenever we visit we must go to Fiddlehead.
From the initial phone call to the dining experience, the warm hospitality and attention to detail and service was refreshing. We are vegan and this was not an issue...our selections were effortlessly altered to meet our requirements and it was all done with a smile. The cuisine was fresh, unexpected, delicious and reasonably priced. An excellent experience that we hope to enjoy again...real soon.

Another amazing meal at this trendy little restaurant in Bangor. Not sure why there isn't a two month wait to get a reservation! It is our go to place to celebrate anything worth celebrating, and once again, Laura & Melissa outdid themselves! We only offer two "minor" suggestions: 1st, some candlelight on the able would help us middle-age folk who have poor eyesight in dim lighting, and 2nd- the size/price of the starters, which is the 1st course on their menu. After living all over the country, including the beautiful city of San Francisco, having a locally owned, farm to table style establishment that provides innovative and brilliantly executed seasonal menus and cocktails in my home State makes me beyond thrilled. Stellar meal at The Fiddlehead last night - incredibly warm welcome and amazing steak! The cornbread was delightful, the wine delicious and our servers were both really lovely. Thanks guys :)
