Great Customer Service! – Today, last minute of course, I was shopping for a Valentine's Day gift for my fiance. The owner of Fickle Manor was absolutely wonderful. She provided excellent guidance and within a few minutes, I had a great outfit, with accessories, and, within my budget. Any of us, in any type of business, could benefit from following her example of customer service. It was nice to see.
