I had the same experience as tomryan, mine dating back to 2008 with BBB involved last summer. Still no resolution and the last contact with 'The Fence Guys" was that this year they will begin using differnt posts (the correct ones according to a 3rd party I paid to analyze my problem) but they won't re-do my posts.
the one thing that I was promised was that my fence post would never come up. Within 2 years a number throughout the yard pulled up more than 8 inches. I called and they NEVER returned my call even after I complained to the BBB. Came out without calling and did fix it, however lsted less than a year. Tried calling again but still all you will ever get is an answering machine. If you looked at my beautiful fence it would probably make you sea sick.
