I hired this Company about a year ago the owner called me up right away after I left a message and he said his willing to come on my convenience for the estimates. So made an appointment and he was actually early. He was actually very nice, explained everything what to expect on the upcoming weeks.Mr jones was really nice on how everything will be done . I highly recommend this company very satisfied with his work.
AVOID THIS COMPANY! I have the same complaints as all those here, have a PVC fence installed by the Fence Guys, few years later the fence posts are heaving out of the ground. I was promised a lifetime warranty on the labor/installation as long as I keep their sign on the fence. I have been trying to call them for several years and the post heave more and more each year. Had to hire another company to fix their work. The Fence Guys do not stand behind their word or their work.
I also had a very bad experience with this company which is now requiring me to contact another company to reinstall the fence they put in. My fence is sinking in spots and the gate actually blew off since the pole it was attached to did not have the proper reinforcement. The corner poles that were placed also lacked the proper internal reinforcement. Anyone interested in a group law suit please let me know. I'm in. I wasted thousands of dollars with this company. When I tried to call I never got a response back!
How is this company still in business? We bought a vinyl fence, which held up well for a few years now has constant gate issues. Left numerous messages and it's nearly impossible to get a call back. After numerous threats, they finally showed up unannounced at my house and rigged the gate so it was barely workable. Guess what? It's now broken AGAIN and surprise surprise, they are not returning my calls. Please take my advice and run away!
The Fence Guys installed my vinyl fence in 2005. They were very accommodating by helping us with a temporary dog run because we moved into our new home in January! When the ground thawed in April The Fence Guys installed our new fence. We have been pleased with the product and workmanship. Recently I contacted The Fence Guys regarding a repair we need on a section of the fence (no fault of theirs my son broke it with a snow plow). I was actually looking up the phone number for The Fence Guys when I stumbled upon the reviews for the company. My husband and I are a prior customer of this company (fence installed May of 2011) . I was shocked to see the negative reviews!! We had a great experience with The Fence Guys!! Our salesman was also Chris, and he proved to be extremely informative and honest regarding our job. BEWARE!!!! RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!!!!! We had a few different people come out for estimates and decided on The Fence Guys the were reasonable and Chris really made us feel confident with the work they'd do. Conveniently my boyfriend DID NOT read any of the reviews, and had he I would have refused to work with them. We have had all the same problems listed in reviews below. OMG! I hired these guys recently and did not see these reviews! They haven't done the work yet but now I am really concerned. They were recommended by a good friend but as of yet they haven't returned my calls to come out and install it.
First of all I wouldn't tell my best friend or an enemy. Chris lies about the work they do. Sure he came off like they were the best installers ever and I have had problems with the fence since they put it up. They refuse to fix there dirty work. But they sure want the money. They may act like they're the best, but actually they are nothing but the worst. They will never come back out to fix anything they did incorrectly. They will ignore you and lie about everything.
