The intake coordinators and the withdrawal management team were above and beyond helpful to me and assisting me to get clean and sober. Particularly Alex Smith coordinating my Care and the whole team of guys that he has working with him, Chris and Danny and Chadwick as well as Steve Where nothing but professional and compassionate in helping me get on my feet again. I may change my review as my opinion changes, but I have been here for approximately 60 days and more than half, about 70% of the staff is disrespectful, and this place does unnecessary things that results in unnecessary waste. I was raised you don't waste ANYTHING and I instill that into my niece and cousins as well, so that bothers me a lot. However, Jeff, German, Heather, Angie, Nancy, Jesse, and Rana are fantastic staff who deserve all the praise and respect!! Angie doesn't know how to talk to people the right way someti... read more
