I've been several times for different issues and have seen Dr Schwartz and Dr Chen. Both friendly and professional. Friendly and knowledgeable front office staff.
Excellent bed side manner. He was clear and friendly. Highly recommend.
I have great respect for my doctor at this practice, but I’m experiencing significant issues with the office’s management and accessibility. The office seems to be understaffed, and I’m unable to reach anyone except through the Portal, which I cannot access. When I called the office, I was informed that there was a known problem with the Portal and that I would receive a callback. WHY CANT I GIVE ZERO STARS???? Went in for a SIMPLE THROAT CULTURE. How can you mess that up??????? I called them because it had been two weeks (complete negligence) and he told me it would only take 3 days.... Apparently ordered the wrong test and then lied to me that Labcorp tested for the wrong thing (as if I cant access Labcorp online myself).
