SCAMMERS LIARS... I told "*********************" in an unsolicited phone call I did NOT want to refinance and maybe a "home equity loan" only as my interest rate was low and I did not want to refinance with a higher interest rate. (I get these calls EVERY day and dozens of emails)... "NO PROBLEM" he said, charged me $495 for an appraisal fee AND $95 for a "termite inspection" which is good for FIVE years. The process from start to finish was smooth sailing , loan officer was very helpful and knowledgeable, answered all my questions in a timely manner , even on the weekends , would recommend this bank to family and friends , only draw back was the funding part so far 2 days and nothing in my bank account , this needs work , otherwise overall oustanding!

Their loan terms were very competitive, everyone was very friendly (shout out to ************************* and his team!), and the loan portal was easy to use.
