I had a very rude experience with an individual from your bank. After repeatedly telling him I was not interested in a new loan (VA)he proceeded to continue with its not a loan...again said I was not interested and finally hung up. He then called me back two more times, once on his personal phone. He then started yelling at me, telling me how rude and disrespectful I was. Don't use this company. I was working with an employee who was representing this bank for roughly 3 months in regards to a work relocation. Throughout the whole process I was told my loan was progressing and everything was on pace to close on time. I came to find out last week, 5 days before closing that my loan was rejected and the employee I was dealing with is no longer with the company! Don’t do business with these people. They say they can do your loan from the beginning and throughout the process then bam! Two days before closing, they can’t do my loan. Illegally contacted me even though I am on the pre-screened opt-out program for all loan information. This company preys on veterans (which is horrible) and they cannot deliver the promises that they make. Filing a complaint. Stay away at all costs.

I would like to notify anyone wanting to build a home to never go through Federal Saving Bank. We have been working this process since Nov 17 and still have not signed the loan paper work to start our build. it starts with submitting paperwork and then every gate required us to provide more paperwork and proof of continuous pay. We were looking to refinance our home to drop *** ********* and withdraw some equity. We kept receiving mailers from FSB. Long story short we got all the way through the loan process with a man named Fernando *********. This included a $500 home appraisal that we paid for out of pocket.
