Overall, working with Shawn at Federal was a pleasure and he was a real asset to our experience. He suggested a great loan product that we would not have otherwise considered, and helped us lock in a rate lower than we thought possible. Working with the underwriter at the bank was less impressive: we had to scramble to put together a number of last-minute requests that we felt were unreasonable and communication with her was at times frustrating. Ryan *****did an amazing job! It was such a blessing that he was assigned to us to refinance our house to lock in an interest rate for us. The Federal Savings Bank is an exceptional mortgage company. Mr. Robert **** was nothing short of amazing! He encountered many obstacles in securing this loan, but he handled each one with great optimism and assurance that everything would work out. Patrick ******was excellent in this case. We were always kept well informed, all our questions were always answered, and Patrick was always available to us. This was a fairly smooth process, though it appeared that there were a couple of back end communications issues, it did not seem to hinder our process.
