Very very rude personnel at this bank. My wife and I were talking to the employee there about possible mortgage consolidation and I wanted to understand more details on it, because I did not think terms were that attractive after all. First, the sales person repeatedly told me that he does not want to speak to me but just wants to speak to my wife instead. They did what they said they'd do and more. I was incredibly skeptical of the entire process, but at no time did they do anything other than what was promised. Jared ****went above and beyond to answer all my questions, sometimes repetitively, with patience and knowledge.
