Having embraced trying to run differently for longevity, decided it was time to get some lab data. Booked an appointment to do VO2 max and lactate testing with Kathy and Gaby. The experience in the lab was efficient and incredibly informative. Kathy and Gaby both had immediate feedback, even before the full report was available a few days later. All of the information provided is very actionable for whatever your training goals may be. Highly recommend a visit!

I have been with Fast Labs for the past few months in their indoor cycling program with Coach Kathy Z. Her classes have done wonders with my confidence, strength, and endurance! What I have gained, I’m able to transfer to my outdoor cycling especially in preparation for my Iornman races.
Brian continues to do a great job helping me work through rehab and functional corrective exercises to allow me to continue to participate in the sports I love. He listens well and is very knowledgeable about the body’s connections. Great massage therapy as too!
