I have had great experiences with Brian! He does an amazing sports massage and is great about finding problem areas and working through them with me!
I have been with Fast Labs for the past few months in their indoor cycling program with Coach Kathy Z. Her classes have done wonders with my confidence, strength, and endurance! What I have gained, I’m able to transfer to my outdoor cycling especially in preparation for my Iornman races.
Brian continues to do a great job helping me work through rehab and functional corrective exercises to allow me to continue to participate in the sports I love. He listens well and is very knowledgeable about the body’s connections. Great massage therapy as too!
Brian has been instrumental in helping me manage chronic back pain related to my spinal cord injury. He is highly professional, knowledgeable, and takes a thoughtful, individualized approach to each session. He clearly understands how to work with more complex conditions and adapts treatment accordingly. Since working with him, I’ve experienced significant improvement in pain management and a noticeable reduction in flare-ups. I would highly recommend Brian to anyone seeking skilled and attentive sports massage therapy.
I'd been to several PTs without much luck before finding Brian. He was the first person to actually pinpoint what was driving my issues. He looks at the body as a whole system and finds the upstream cause instead of just chasing the symptom. The results speak for themselves. Easily the best massage therapist I've worked with.
