I will be officially suing this apartment company. What I should have done in the first place. But now this is the final straw. My apartment got BROKEN INTO and JOANNE had no remorse and decided to itemize a bill for over 2 THOUSAND DOLLARS for a front door. No door cost that especially at an apartment like this. My first year and half were so great! I was excited that I was finally at a complex where I felt safe and where my concerns mattered. The staff started off extremely nice, gave updates and my maintenance concerns were always done in a timely matter. Although it is still a safe, quiet place to live, the units are quite old which means issues will arise. My family and I have lived in this property for a year together, then I lived here by myself for a little over a year after that. I have seen their work ethic in both the office and from the maintenance team as both a tenant of townhomes and apartments. My family is a 20-year military-retired family and we are no strangers to moving and living all over the country. This was one of the most enjoyable experiences we've ever had both on and off base. I lived here with my boyfriend for 2 years and it was overall a fine place, outdated but generally quiet. But when I moved out he released, I signed nothing but keep getting his private personal notices being sent to my email. They’ve made a lot of major admin mistakes - just beware :)
The staff at The Farrington has far exceeded any expectations I had to say the least. I was treated with so much care ,and kindness by both Emelia ,and Joann . I was not positive about applying for this property because of my rental history,when Emelia called me to follow up on a inquiry I had done I expressed my reluctance to,and she shared information with me about a program they gave to get people like me approved for tenancy with less that perfect rental history, and today I found out I got approved to live in one of the... read more
