Such a beautiful community! Nichole toured me and was very knowledgeable about the area!
Property manger was inappropriate and slightly unprofessional. She was definitely playing down on me due to my age and possible profiling but the vibes were very strange and the interaction was uncomfortable for all parties involved. Very passive aggressive, once again. Left a very bad taste in my mouth , I did not return for my tour because of this.
The service I receive here is excellent and not to mention I just love Mrs . Joann & Miss Amila very much and maintenance is excellent!!
At first, I really liked this apartment complex, but now it shows they are all about money. I've been having high light bills for months 500 and up and they wouldn’t do anything about it. I haven’t seen pest control in months and when pest control finally shows up. Cause my door latch was on I’m being charged 75 dollars. My disposal wasn't working for weeks and when my sink clogged, I was charged almost $500. I will be officially suing this apartment company. What I should have done in the first place. But now this is the final straw. My apartment got BROKEN INTO and JOANNE had no remorse and decided to itemize a bill for over 2 THOUSAND DOLLARS for a front door. No door cost that especially at an apartment like this. I have documented proof that the collections you put on my credit is fraudulent. But you guys owe me. For trying to ruin my life. The last picture is them “fixing” the door.
