For the past 2 years we have been told that a home would be built on the empty lot when you come into the community. Before last week the lot was full of weeds and basically a dumping ground. The lot is empty with no plans to build a home. This is an eye-sore and again a broken promise from Chattanooga's premier builder. @Chad @Jeremy need to step up and fulfill their promises. This is yet another example of sales promises not kept. Unacceptable Buyers Beware!!!
Disappointment after disappointment after disappointment. The quality is simply not what you expect, especially considering the promises made during the sales process. What is presented to buyers sounds very different from what you actually experience once you become an owner. "Do not waste your time or money with this real estate developer. They lack professionalism and fail to deliver on what they promise during the sale. The streets are full of potholes, sidewalks have no lighting, and residents face major issues leaving their parking spaces during rain because the company refuses to meet its obligation to build necessary retaining walls. Not to mention the social area, which remains unfinished years after its scheduled completion date."
We purchased our home in this community in 2023. At the time of purchase, a fully functional courtyard was presented as part of the home’s design, with the understanding that a home would be built on the adjacent lot to complete the courtyard configuration. More than two years later, the adjacent home has still not been built, leaving our home as the only home in Phase One without a fully functional courtyard.
