BEWARE! If you like being lied to, you should buy from Greentech. If you want to pay $700-$900 for your water/sewer bill, you should buy a home in the Farmstead. If you want to have to consistently provide more and more and more information to get your warranty items fixed, you should buy from Greentech. Greentech will tell you ALL the things up front to get you to sign the contract, but when it comes time to deliver, they will consistently fall short.
