Wow! The Lincoln model was absolutely stunning! Scott showed us around and he was such a great tour guide and a very kind soul! Beautiful finishes inside and out of the home. The community seems so friendly and unique, especially for the area! Different than anything else we saw in Hixson. If you want a well built home with tons of personalization options, definitely check out The Farmstead and ask for Scott!
Do Not Buy!!! The going price for a home these days is anything but cheap, but if in that cost you know you’re buying a quality home I think that it can be justified. Greentech does not provide that. Two years after buying a one year old Pratt home (excellent quality by the way) our family began to grow. Needing more space we saw a new neighborhood build just down the road. Scott Thompson is a great sales person and ambassador for Greentech. All of our questions are answered quickly and throughly. Our design meeting with Anna Kosky was terrific.
