Truly, an amazing company. Couldn't recommend more highly - they're professional, timely, consistent, personable and when things do go wrong (let's be honest, perfection isn't real), they make it right. Very reasonably priced and if I have the opportunity to hire them again, I absolutely will. Thank you Family Lawn, it's been an absolute pleasure. Special shoutout to Jenna who always answered every call/email kindly, patiently and attentively.
Great service and great people. One of the technicians accidentally stepped on a small rose bush and the next week they came and planted a new bush for me. Every company will make mistakes but only the good ones will go out of their way to make things right
Jenna who I booked my service with was incredibly helpful and mindful when booking, as well as being flexible, honest, and transparent with billing and not overcharging unnecessary services. As for their staff who performs the work, they were professional and performed excellent work. All for a very fair price on short notice with booking.
