Erin is absolutely amazing. Very warm and inviting. She listens thoroughly and provides clear communication and documentation.
I would like to recognize the Marjorie Driese-PA who cared for my sister during her recent visit. She was incredibly professional and patient throughout the entire appointment. My sister has cerebral palsy and does not always sit still, yet the PA handled her care with such calmness and compassion. She even gently rubbed her back to help soothe her while listening and examining her, which meant more to us than she probably realizes. Great place with very nice amiable people.
If I could give her a zero I would. This PAC was terrible here. She didn’t even refill my prescriptions which was the reason for appointment! She was so distracted by telling me other things that I already knew but didn’t asked her. I will never go to this location again and I wouldn’t recommend the PAC here. She’s doesn’t care about what you need just what she wants to tell you. You will never be my PCP.
