I take an appointment and when i arrive the reception says i do not accept your insurance and this is not the first visit this treats the receptionist a waste of time and inconvenience the patient without any respect Why this lying? I’ve seen a PA at this office for a couple of my kids. I believe her name is Zeinab. She is wonderful and always a breath of fresh air after a visit. I wish this office were a pediatrician office!
NP Hassan Tekko was very thorough and had the best bedside manners. His demeanor was calm and responsive to all of my concerns. He addressed all of my complaints with respect and much thought. Overall, he was a great provider and would definitely recommend to others.
Not a big fan of going to the doctors but this place surely feels different. Delightful staff and Dr. Ali is extremely caring. Genuinely takes his time and cares for his patients to make them feel comforting and safe.
