literally drove lot to lot today and was turned away by everyone because of credit issues. im sooo mad i came here last because i should’ve came here first! Got approved and got me a car! the staff was super nice and made me feel like family! Ant was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars and insurance. Jay was also very helpful and even threw in a free warranty for my car which i am very grateful for! Best black owned lot by far! Will definitely recommend to ANYONE looking for a car!

In the beginning, I had a great experience. They were very welcoming & they got the job done. It wasn’t until I had an issue with my car due to the GPS/tracker device that was installed wrong by someone Family Auto paid to install it on my car. I took my car to the shop & found out the device was put under my hood next to the battery & the device was supposed to be inside of the car.
