If you're looking for help at your lowest point do not go to the prhc crisis unit. I was left alone for over 6 hrs. No food, even when the other patient was hand delivered dinner. Doctor Miller did not listen to my concerns and pleas for help or medical history and prescribed me a medication that the hospital is pushed to by the pharmaceutical industry. It is dirty and beyond depressing. I left feeling worse and unheard. This place is made you make you want to stay at rock bottom and end up in their morgue.
The crabby receptionist is now gone. The lady working the front desk is such a pleasure to deal with. Such a difference. It's nice to be welcomed when you are helping steer your child through difficult times. We have had a long journey. This clinic has been there with us through the struggles
This place is fantastic and such a welcoming area. There are many people and if a therapist is worried you have something else they will check you with someone else and they have helped me so much and I've met so many kind people. If you really feel stuck I recommend this. The receptionist is really nice to! (The old one recently left)
