Peeping toms live here and nothing is done about them, putting innocent tenants at risk. Lost sleep and constant anxiety because of this. This place looked nice at first but after being here a year I can say an earful about all the reasons not to live here. Especially for the price you deserve to live in something better and more safe. This area is ghetto and unsafe and the gates do nothing to keep people out. Also it’s a smoking complex so people smoke constantly and if you have a baby or child it’s a huge health risk. Ive been living here for 5 years now, and the management has been the best we ever had. They are making renovations around our property!! And i recommend gradey as the leasing agent to assist you with anything you need to moving in here, he's the absolute best and will take care of you through out your stay here. I also rented out the club house for my baby shower, and this event was something to remember. The club house is so nice to throw any occasion.
