RecommendedThe Falls is not just a place to live but it’s a lifestyle! One of the best decisions we made was living there! The staff at The Falls are friendly, personable and always so helpful. The amenities are endless from the indoor and outdoor pools to the movie theater, to the state of the art gym and the adult lounge and kids playroom; there is always something to enjoy at The Falls! The residents there are so friendly and it’s luxury community living at its finest!
What a beautiful venue and christina is absolutely amazing. She is passionate about her work and it shows with every event.
Best decision ever! Easy living in a beautifully appointed apartment building with great amenities - the Spa is amazing during the cold winters. A bonus is the historic architecture of the old Greenport School. Christina "the GM" and her staff are welcoming and always willing to assist even when you lose your key in the gym equipment. 😉
My family and I moved in two weeks ago and I have to say it was the best decision we have ever made. Christina the GM was so welcoming and warm her staff knows their stuff and if they don’t they are honest and tell you they don’t have the answer but follows up with the answer later. We submitted a maintenance request to get our front door touched up with paint from the move and in less than a day it was done. Then maintenance called us to let us know the job was done. We absolutely enjoy living here. Christina helped make our dreams come true by getting us an apartment here at The Falls. The amenities are amazing and everyday we feel like we are on vacation. We’ve met so many wonderful people since living here and I’m excited to see what’s to come! Our puppies love living in the pet friendly community as well.
After house shopping, we realized that an Apartment @ The Falls was the best decision for us! We don’t have to do anything, but enjoy our family! The amazing staff takes care of everything!! (Even when I broke something 😬) It is also pet & kid friendly! ♥️ I have absolutely no complaints & could not be happier @ The Falls! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Community Hospice of Columbia/Greene hosted our 25th Anniversary Gala at The Falls this evening and I couldn't have asked for anything better! Christina, Patty and Mark are absolutely wonderful to work with as well as the rest of their staff!
